As our first Operations Specialist, you will be a critical member of the operations, customer success, and support team, leading the company’s strong mission to ensure high customer happiness, satisfaction, and strong operations support. While customer support will be your focus, you think of yourself as technical and pragmatic. You will be working with our Customer Success/Operations team, based in Redwood City, CA.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Support
• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and customer support inquiries
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Genuine passion for making customers feel happy and understood
• You will become a product expert and be able to troubleshoot with users autonomously- computer science skills and background is a plus. You may have not written any code, but you have a strong technical aptitude and interest.

Office Management
• You help the team grow well: Keep the office running smoothly by managing the company schedules in Google Calendar, being the leader for office-related projects to boost productivity and contribute to culture
• Manage travel schedules as needed
• You keep the office tidy and organized: ordering office supplies and equipment, tidying up, and working with building management

Ideal candidate:

• You're a jack-of-all trades and master organizer
• Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints
• Problem-solving comes naturally and you are able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to resolve any issue and/or advocate for them naturally
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and easily adapts and responds to change
• Very comfortable with online productivity tools (e.g. Slack, Gmail & Google Drive, Zoom, Zendesk, Google Apps (Mail, Ads, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, MailChimp, Analytic tools). Advanced Excel experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional and versatile problem-solving – you would walk through walls to get something done. You are always one step ahead, looking for creative ways to improve old processes
• Strong communication skills: you have a knack for simplifying and conveying complex information; you are confident and articulate; you know how to manage communication effectively to different kinds of clients and users.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive growth by generating user demand and engagement, with emphasis on planning, executing, and measuring user retention and engagement through multiple channels.

• Enrollment planning (multi channel marketing - email, text, mail, onsite events).
• Identifies and implements tactical steps to increase enrollments and retain users.
• Data analysis for clients, initiate new reports and data insights- with the unique ability to identify, report, and trend.

Data Scientist (Tel-Aviv, Israel)

• Conduct research and help shape vision, design, architecture and roadmap to provide advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics to help actually save lives
• Provide technical leadership to the team on designing, prototyping, implementing and testing ML problems.

What we’re looking for:
