As our first Product Marketing Manager/Growth Hacker, you will be a critical member of the growth team, leading the company’s users engagement and client reporting. You will be working with our Product team and Customer Success/Operations team, based in Redwood City.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive growth by generating user demand and engagement, with emphasis on planning, executing, and measuring user retention and engagement through multiple channels.
• Develop and implement creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns that are tailored to the user base and to specific clients.
• Enrollment planning (multi-channel marketing - email, text, mail, onsite events).
• Identifies and implements tactical steps to increase enrollments and retain users.
• Data analysis for clients, initiate new reports and data insights- with the unique ability to identify, report, and trend.
• Product flows analysis, testing and constant improvements.
• Internal Product Ambassador.
• Writing end-user communication and running A/B test marketing campaigns

Ideal candidate:

• 3-7 years in product management and growth hacking.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and easily adapts and responds to change.
• Experience with the following tools- Google Apps (Mail, Ads, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, MailChimp, Analytic tools.

As our first Talent Lead, you will be a critical member of the Hello Heart team, making sure we hire the right people to push our company forward.. We plan to scale our team significantly this year, and you will lead and execute all recruiting initiatives to achieve these ambitious hiring targets. If you have a history of success in filling “high demand” positions, implementing creative recruitment methodologies and rolling up your sleeves, you will be a great fit. Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
• Support our managers in all components of defining hiring needs – both current and future - and then attracting, developing and retaining talent
• Take the lead and execute the entire hiring process. From posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to the hiring and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivate strong network of passive talent in high demand positions (engineers in Israel, healthcare sales in the US). Often the best candidates are the ones not actively looking.

Human Resources
• On-boarding: Partner with management and facilitate offer letters and employment agreements between new hires and management. Improve the overall onboarding experience so new hires will be welcomed, valued, and ready to hit the ground running. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is sorted during this onboarding process for both employees and contractors.
• The Law: partner with the COO on internal documentation and process development. Ensure HR compliance with all regulations (I9, FMLA, Workers Compensation, COBRA, etc). Ensuring that all processes are in place for employee hiring and terminations.
• Performance: partner with management to maintain a performance management schedule.
• Payroll & Benefits: processing of payroll and employee benefits for the employees and contractors on the team through our internal HR system.
• Culture: Help to drive initiatives to create excitement about Hello Heart and to brand us as an ‘employer of choice’. Champion diversity and inclusion and culture-building initiatives with leadership

Ideal candidate:

• You have the ability to actively find and recruit amazing talent. You have recruited excellent talent previously in tech space (engineers) and B2B sales positions
• You have worked very closely with and have extensive experience acquiring key talent in Israel and the United States. Fluent in English with a strong understanding of both US & Israeli culture (Hebrew is a plus)
• 5-10 years Human Resources experience required, minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
• Experience with a growing organization with multiple business units requiring relationship building and establishing a balance between consistency and flexibility to meet customer needs
• Are results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to “rolling up the sleeves” and getting the job done. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Very comfortable with online productivity tools (e.g. Slack, Gmail & Google Drive, Zoom, Google Apps (Mail, Ads, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint.
