Our enrollment rates are 45% of the targeted population. +50% of our patients reduced their blood pressure by using Hello Heart and it’s the only clinically based mobile solution for heart risk – the #1 cause of death and the #1 cost factor for employers.

Over the last 12 months, we enrolled dozens of new clients (such as Delta Airlines, Macy’s, General Mills, etc.) with excellent results. Our sales team is barely keeping up with the demand so it’s time to grow.

The Head of sales in Hello Heart will be in charge of building and coaching our outside sales team. Our outside regional sales VPs lead Hello Heart’s sales efforts from the first meeting until the contract is signed. Being in charge of building relationships with top benefits and wellness executives in large and jumbo accounts, providing relevant data-driven analysis to support decision making, managing objections, negotiating contracts and building trust with new prospects.

Working directly with the CEO and alongside our Head of Lead Generation.

Your skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in managing outside sales team successfully
• Amazing coach to experienced sales people. Help sales people navigate complex client objections, review pipeline effectively, and improve sales skills.
• Excellent sales skills and a successful sales history as a field sales person and consistent 100% quota attainment for 3+ years.
• Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers. Ability to adapt/modulate style according to different settings.

Being in charge of building relationships with top executives, shaping the pricing and value proposition for health plans, providing relevant data-driven analysis to support decision making, negotiating contracts and building trust with new prospects.

Your skills:

• Business development in early stage companies (shaping value proposition and pricing, closing first pilots and deals).
• A lengthy track record of successfully building partnerships with health plans (for their self insured employers book of business)
• Relevant relationships network (rolladecks) for immediate reach out for the first partnership stages.
• Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers. Ability to adapt / modulate style according to different settings.

Your skills:

• Ability to manage and oversee a client book of business. Approximately 6 – 10 clients
• Proven track record exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction
• Digital healthcare background serving fortune 500 companies
• 3+ years experience in customer success and/or account management
• 3+ years experience in managing the implementation of software applications and onboarding clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapts and responds to change
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable with Excel, SQL, MailChimp and analytic tools. Advanced Excel experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets an advantage
